How to cancel a tour for the traveller?
If you need to cancel a tour, you must log in with your account and go to the “Reservations” section.
You must access the tour you wish to cancel and click on “Cancel reservation”. You need to select one of the reasons to cancel it.
Depending on the advance with which you cancel your tour, one cancellation policy or another will apply.
Cancellation policy for travelling souls
If your requested tour has not yet been confirmed, you can cancel it without any problem and you will not have any penalty.
Once your tour has been confirmed, you can cancel it and one cancellation policy or another will apply depending on how far in advance you cancel:
If you cancel your tour more than 24 hours before the start of the service, no penalty will be applied.
Example: My tour starts on January 5th. This policy will apply if I cancel my tour before January 4th.
If you cancel your tour less than 24 hours before the start of the service, with prior notice to the guide, a warning will automatically be applied. After two negative warnings, the traveler will be discharged from Carytour.
Example: My tour starts on January 5th. This policy will apply if I cancel my tour on January 4.
If, once the tour start date and time arrives, you finally do not show up and you have not notified the guide, the traveling soul will be dropped from Carytour.
Example: my tour starts today but an unforeseen event has arisen and / or finally I will not need it, but I do not notify and I do not cancel it.
If, once the destination has started, you decide to finish the tour earlier than planned, you will not receive any refund and the tourer will charge the entire tour.
Example: my off-route destination is 6 hours but finally I can only be 3 hours
Does insurance cover travellers?
Accidents in a carytour are very rare, since all the people who share a car ensure vigilance on the road and leave at a speed and pace suitable for a tourist tour.
However, in the event of an accident, the guide is responsible for his travelers and it is his insurance that covers all passengers, as if they were family members, for example. When sharing a vehicle for a carytour, no different route is taken than a normal route, so it is always the driver’s insurance that covers the group of vehicle occupants in the event of an accident.

Cancellation policy for the tourer
Si tienes una reserva confirmada que quieres cancelar, deberás hacerlo de la siguiente forma:
In your Guide Panel, go to the “Reservations” section and find the reservation you want to cancel. Once inside, look for the “Cancel reservation” button and click on it.
Remember that canceling a reservation can have negative consequences on your profile, and the cancellation of several confirmed reservations can lead to the removal of your profile on Carytour.
If you need to cancel a reservation, indicate the reasons for cancellation before clicking on “Cancel reservation”.
Do I have to declare income to the estate?
